“Today Feb11 I purchased a L G 1 piece stacked washer and dryer from Leons. Jay E was the sales rep, and this guy is great. Told me about an L G promotion for $ 200 prepaid and a warranty that if not used I get all the price of the warranty back in an in store credit. Also set up delivery for a time so I can sell my old washer/dryer. Not bad eh? Thank for all your help Jay E, you Are the BEST!!”

“Absolutely terrible customer service. Trying to get delivery out of town is terrible. At least 15 phone calls to try and get things in place. They seem to have no idea what’s their policies, etc. No “friendly” customer service at all.”

“We had a very positive purchase experience with Leon’s. Sumita was our salesperson. She was a kind woman who guided us throughout the merchandise in the store, but put no pressure on us. That was very much appreciated!! Also the men who delivered the furniture were careful and friendly. Thanks Leon’s! We love our coach and love seat.”

“I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Leons and I have to say that I never had great expectations because I know that the pricing reflects the quality. Average to say the least...However my concern is their current advertising campaign. I am embarrassed to be a white person if the couple in ads is supposed to be representative of my demographic...#LEON'S SO WHITE...I change the channel when their commercials come on. You can do better I'm sure.”
