“Sophie was extremely helpful from start to finish. I was not the easiest customer in the world, and made things slighty awkward, but Sophie still went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Sophie even went as far as sending me an alternative version of my personalised print as she was not happy with the final quality of my requested piece, Sophie did not need to do this, as she simply printed as I had requested, but never the less she did and I am grateful to her for that. Her customer service is above and beyond, and her prints do her proud also. They're absolutely perfect and can't wait to get them up when I have finished painting. Again, thank you so much Sophie. 11/10 for Customer service and for your product. Would definitely recommend and I am sure I will be buying print number 7 very soon!”

“I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sophie and the prints that I ordered from her. She is such a lovely lady and was so helpful, answering any questions I had so quickly and is so friendly! My prints are absolutely gorgeous, even the packaging was carefully and perfectly wrapped together! The website is easy to navigate, very professional and all of the prints are SUCH good value for the highest standard of hand made prints. I can’t wait to order more from Sophie Prints, I’m now hooked! X”

“Sophie was so helpful when I was ordering my print as I wanted to change the colour so she sent me a proof beforehand which was great. The print arrived really quickly and I loved it when I opened it. Can’t wait to frame it when I move to my new house. I’ve already ordered more.”

“Just stunning! Ordered a print in the sale and expected it to arrive in a plain envelope. It arrived in the most beautiful packaging, with personalised thank you note and business card. Not only would I recommend Sophie prints, I'll be buying again and I'd highly recommend it for gifts for people given the content and the amazing packaging! Thank you Sophie!!! X”

“Sophie was brilliant from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted and put time and effort into creating a perfect print for me. Sophie cares, like really cares, and you can tell she loves what she does. Would 100% recommend sophie for prints and will definetly be buying again - infact I am waiting for another order including personalised wedding stationary! Thank you sophie x”
