“I can’t express how grateful I am for this mattress, and the pillows. I’ve had horrendous headaches from neck pain for years now, and have a lot of muscle and joint pain from Fibromyalgia. I had an Eve memory foam mattress for 8 months which made everything worse, so I was really apprehensive about trying another type of foam, but the CEO James, and the customer service legend Olivia were both so kind and patient that I felt I could trust them and give it a go. It’s literally changed my life, I absolutely love both products! The advice on pillow height was really helpful too. I really, really hope this company goes from strength to strength because it’s a world class, science based approach from a genuinely small, family company. The foam itself hasn’t made me hot at all like the memory foam did. It’s firm as a I needed, but not hard - just love it!! Anyone who’s suffered chronic fatigue will tell you what it means to finally feel happy in bed. I’ll be evangelising for them!”
“I'm from Ukraine. I started from purchasing your pillow. Arter buying it I could +- ok sleep anywhere. But the thought that could be some good Levitex mattress in my home was working on me. Finally I bought it. I didn't saw exactly if somewhere is written the measurements of packing. I ordered a transfer for it like mattress 1,8*2. Now I will know that it is 57*57*107, probably, next transportation will cost less.
It's a pity you don't have representatives in some Poland or Ukraine. Situation on the market in Ukraine I checked by my sleeping experience - people just make designs of mattresses they think will be nice. Even not try to learn some good examples. Just inventing a bicycle. So I changed 8 mattress of different companies - all impossible to sleep (good I have 3 kids and could buy some 90cm mattress, not every time 180)).
Because of long delivery I got mattress 05.01.2026. After sleeping for a week - I could say I'm happy with your product!
As a doctor (I have family doctor diploma), as a manager (I have 12 years experience in pharmaceutical company as regional manager) I could say that it should be pleasure to sell your products and wondering when/if you decide you could allow someone to be representative of your company in Ukraine or close to me Poland. If you will think about it - it will be pleasure to meet your team and to think if I could be useful for you (now I have several businesses and businesses plan for a sales start not seems too hard for me for now).
Thank you for your product! For now - sleeping back and forward goes perfect. Sleeping on the side - for now going not as good, I still feel pain, but, probably I have some issue in my spine, so, before conclusions I need to check it better first.
Now I have a plan to buy 1-2pcs 90*190 mattress more, but needed to catch discount, because don't want to pay too big custom fees (bigger as bigger price of product).”
“We have two pillows from you, a large and a medium one. One bought after an online consultation. Both are proving to be hard, difficult to get used to, even though they seem to align with our sleeping positions. My wife has already given up using hers. Mine, I will get used to I think, with a hope that it becomes a little more pliable over time”

“Arrived promptly. Very well packaged. The pillow is wonderful. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor. It is so comfortable, reduced my pain in the neck and I stopped snoring. I am very impressed. Just the right pillow at last after spending hundreds of pounds on the wrong ones. Thank you very much.”
“I ordered the wrong size. An e mail to customer services got an exchange sorted very quickly a d free of charge.
Once I had the correct size I started to sleep on it. I am a side sleeper and have struggled with shoulder pain in the mornings. After a few days I noticed an improvement in this. Subsequently, more improvement after using for longer. The pillow does not deformed or mis-shape during the night.
I love my pillow and is worth every penny.

“No question about the excellent quality. However, being 5ft7 and a back sleeper I was recommended the small but it is a bit small for me, but thats probably a personal preference. I will persevere though.Cannot fault delivery or quality though.”
