“I can’t express how grateful I am for this mattress, and the pillows. I’ve had horrendous headaches from neck pain for years now, and have a lot of muscle and joint pain from Fibromyalgia. I had an Eve memory foam mattress for 8 months which made everything worse, so I was really apprehensive about trying another type of foam, but the CEO James, and the customer service legend Olivia were both so kind and patient that I felt I could trust them and give it a go. In the first place, when we first ordered the items we received fantastic service from Olivia, who resolved an online issue for us effectively, quickly, professionally & in a nice manner. Olivia noticed I tried to call the company and even though I didn’t leave a message, she called me back - that is service beyond what’s normally expected. Very commendable!
The products are excellent and the personal recommendation for pillow sizing as well as advice on the mattress after delivery from James, the CEO, was extremely helpful and personable.
Having just had a back surgery, I wanted to test the mattress over a reasonable period of time before commenting. My greatest surprise was finding how easy it was to turn and move on the mattress, in spite of my mobility limitations post surgery. Next, the firm support makes it really comfortable for my husband and I to sleep close together without me rolling towards him, and more often than not, we don’t wake up with aching backs. Another plus is that the bed doesn’t overheat. It is also lighter & easier to handle than the previous memory foam bed we had. A super mattress that we would thoroughly recommend.
As for the pillows, they provide the right neck support and it seems to have reduced the amount of snoring from my husband. We tried both the small & medium size pillows and finally settled for the small one (aa recommended by James).
We would unreservedly recommend both Levitex products for their foam quality, firm support and comfort level. It would be nice if Levitex could design a long foam bolster that provides knee support but that is huggable too.
