“Heard so many good things about this pillow , bought online , I live in Dubai , it made my neck pain worse . Can’t use it anymore, I wasted my money for something not worth it”

“INCREDIBLE!!!!! Both myself and my mum suffer from chronic pain due to a health condition we both suffer from and would often wake up in pain. I came across Levitex on TikTok and James was so interactive and answered all of my questions, I bought the pillow to give it a try and my goodness, it was amazing so we had to but the mattress as well. Since the day it arrived, I’ve had NO pain in the mornings whatsoever. I’m so so thankful to James for being so patient with me and answering all of my questions and I’ll be forever grateful for the invention of Levitex in how it’s changed mine and my mums lives, enabling us to sleep well and wake up pain free. “I drop off to sleep almost instantly. Had to fight my misconceptions because it looks hard and weird but it’s great. You should invest in your shoes and bed because you’re always in one or the other.”
“Great service from Levitex team however the Product rates 2 stars for the following reasons
Firstly the PROs -
1. Great range of pillow sizes to get one which is the right heigh to provide the right support
2. Great comfort in term of the right amount of softness & support
Now for the NEGATIVES -
The reason this product does not get 5 stars is because the foam does not dissipate your body heat and as such it is very hot, leading to a sweaty head !
If the pillow could be more porous to allow airflow or contain some heat conducting material to resolve this issue it would be 5 stars and I would be straight out to buy a mattress if it had the same technology.
If the heat build up issue could be engineered out during a second iteration of a product improvement I would certainly want to buy one as apart from the heat issue it would be perfect.”
“The delivery and follow up customer service is excellent. The pillow itself is hard - my neck has improved, but I tend to wake up with a sore ear. I'm a side and back sleeper, so might have the wrong size pillow (I bought small).”
“Confused access to Website meant that I ordered a pillow without being asked the question on height, sleeping position, etc which are key to the Levitex service. This was resolved before dispatch but should not have occurred. I note this Review is for the Medium pillow which I did not receive!”
