Thank you for taking the time to leave a review as well as your recent purchase! At your height, the medium pillow should really be quite perfect. Please do try to pop an old pillow between your knees and ankles to stop the top leg from falling to the bed and do give it another try - it will be much too small for your son who should be on the XL- unless he's a back sleeper, in which case it may just work.

“Great if you continue to sleep on your side all night but once you move to another position you have to swap your pillows around which is not happening while you're asleep resulting in aches the next morning!”

The position that you *go* to sleep in is the one you spend the most time in, so as long as your mattress isn't working against you, you shouldn't be waking up with aches, even if you swap positions throughout the night. Took a couple of nights to get used to sleeping on it (I was used to a very soft feather pillow) but it instantly has virtually eliminated my snoring.

I do wake up more rested. Reduced snoring from day 1 although this also needs to be supported by reducing exhaustion and side sleeping.
The pillow doesn't reduce snoring when I'm sick or exhausted. I'm still trying out whether this is temporary and return to reduced snoring when I'm well and back on my routine.”
