“I was skeptical, but these are great pillows and have significantly reduced my neck ache and headaches. I'm a side sleeper, but often find pillow height is crucial to helping me sleep well. Whilst the firmness of the pillow takes some getting used to (compared to conventional fluff-filled pillows), I've found I sleep well consistently with a Levitex pillow.
I originally ordered the XL pillow thinking I have a large frame, but for my height, I found that the L was best (as per Levitex's suggestions). I ordered the XL first and found it was too high. The Levitex customer service team were true to their word and they sent me a L pillow for me to compare the two. And then sent me a return label for me to return the 'wrong' size. I discovered that L was right for me and I've been using it for a few weeks now.

“Don’t worry. You are not bugging me. I have been away for a few days and loads of catching up since I got home. Still getting used to the firmness of the pillow, but sleeping pretty well on the whole. Some nights I wake up multiple times for no apparent reason which is annoying, but I do get back to sleep, although not deeply, as I dream a lot after a waking.
