“I have been extremely impressed with the after-sales support from Levitex, both James and Olivia couldn't have been more professional, friendly and helpful. My wife has a Levitex pillow that is perfect for her (after trying numerous unsatisfactory alternatives including Tempur) so we ordered a Levitex mattress but unfortunately, I found it a bit too firm and after sleeping on it for just over 30 days, I decided to return it and Olivia made the process easy and guilt-free.
