After many weeks the smell is still too strong despite being aired.
I find it too sort in length for side sleeping and it’s very small in my normal sized pillow cases.
It actually makes my head and neck uncomfortable and slightly achey (I’m prone to migraines and cluster headaches so after a couple of weeks of having to swap the pillow out mid-night I stopped using the pillow due to the discomfort)”
“Upon using Levitex to order my pillow I was met with confusion as to what to order even after using the guided system which asked how I slept and how tall I was still met with confusion after it suggested a pillow for a smaller-sized person. every time I selected a pillow for a larger person I was met with this pillow wouldn't be suitable for back sleepers. The website is not clear nor easy to understand how these items are selected and perfected to your sleeping style by asking one or two questions.”

So far, I have had moderate success with changing my sleeping habit, but I must say the pillow is really incredible. It felt a bit strange for the first few nights, but I got used to it. “I received my pillow on the expected delivery day. Unfortunately there was damage to the outer packaging which was due to the delivery company and not Levitex. I had the best customer service experience ever from the lovely Olivia at Levitex after I emailed them just to make them aware of how the package arrived as I know that it was not how the package would have left their warehouse. She was an absolute delight and went out of her way to make up for how I received the package even though there was no need to as it was not the fault of Levitex.
I would highly recommend Levitex pillows to my friends and family and would definitely shop from there again. The customer service is outstanding!”

“Excellent pillow. Went with the recommended size for my height and it has been wonderful. I no longer have to put my hand under my pillow to support my head. The pillow bounces back immediately which makes a huge difference to me”
