At the height and size you've ordered, it's unlikely the pillow would be too big, so it may be a matter of your sleeping position. “Right height, but like a rock to sleep on. No softer after a month. It has helped neck discomfort, but its not a joy to sleep on and does not "give" as much as was suggested in the marketing blurb.”

It's also not meant to 'give' - in fact, we expect your pillow to remain exactly the same for the next five years. “I am going to start by saying how absolutely fantastic the customer service is at Levitex! It's like dealing with a traditional family business who genuinely really care about their customers! Olivia is fantastic, and could not have been more helpful when I experienced delivery problems with DHL, she dedicated a significant amount of her own time to resolving the issues, even on a Saturday!!
The mattress is extreamly comfortable... with my previous pocket sprung mattress, I used to experience discomfort in my lower back after sometime sleeping in the same position on my side, and would have to turn around several times during the night, with the Levitex, all pressure is relieved and I can remain comfortable in the same position all night.
The price is good compared to some of the better-known brands and I suspect the quality is far superior! I look forward to purchasing a Levitex pillow in the near future. I would gladly recommend Levitx to anyone looking for a new mattress and am confident they would not be disappointed with the product or the service!!”

“This isn't the first specialist pillow I've tried and was struggling to find the right one. As I didn't quite fit into the quiz catagories, the owner James had a video chat with me to discuss which pillow would be best. It took me a while to get used to it but as a side sleeper it seems to be the right height and support. Only downside is the chemically smell when you first unpack it does stick around for quite a while. Overall my neck and shoulder pain seems to have subsided so I'm happy with my purchase.”
