“The service from Olivia and the team has been exceptional. So helpful, going the extra mile and putting their customer needs first, by trying different ways to help me.”
“What a pillow, it’s amazing since having this pillow I sleep like a baby & feel completely rested in the morning. It’s totally changed my life I’m recommending it to everyone”
“Initially I bought a pillow that was too big for me. The customer service was great and they sent me out the smaller size. All the process was easy and fast.
The only issue was that I couldn’t get through on the phone. I didn’t bother leaving a message. They still rang me back because they had a missed call. No other company would do that.
10/10 would recommend.
My current mattress is only 18m old. When I’m due to change, I’ll certainly be buying from LEVITEX.”
“I can’t fault the service provided by Levitex. It was easy to work out which pillow I needed to order and place the order, which arrived well packaged and on time. Follow up messages from the company making sure I was happy were much appreciated.”
“A great service, cannot ask for more. I had to change the size of the pillow and Olivia assisted me very professionally and kindly.
The pillow is great and improved my back and hip pain. Great and strongly recommended!!!”
“Received an email from the founder 1 week after the delivery of my medium pillow, to which I responded. Was delighted to receive a detailed and personal reply with tips to help with sleep posture. Five stars!”
“My smaller pillow was bought for travelling so I can have a better sleep away from home. Probably better to have the correct size pillow for optimum results but still good for me.”
“I really love my pillow, and having tried various specialist pillows for my back over the years, this is the most comfortable one I've found. The first Levitex pillow I bought was too high, and they swapped it over super quickly and fuss free for me.”
