A further few days to get used to where you can put your arm (place head at edge of pillow and arm can go around pillow) and you have a really good pillow which supports your head. thank you for taking the time to leave a review! You're absolutely correct, the size you have is made for side sleeping and not suitable for long term back sleeping. It's simply because the space between your head and the bed is different when you side sleep (ear to bed) and when you back sleep (back of the head to bed).
If you fall asleep on your side and only swap to back at some point in the night sometimes, you're fine as the position you go to sleep in is the one you spend the most time in and so you'll still reap the benefits of optimised sleep posture.
