“After receiving the pillow I realised that I had the wrong size. I was able to trial a new size, discover it was the correct one and then to get a returns label to return the wrong sized one. This was all handled efficiently and rapidly.”
“I originally ordered the medium pillow but felt it was too high for me. After an exchange of emails with James Leinhardt and with some advice on sleeping position I decided I’d like to try the small pillow. This was sent out to me while I still had the medium one and once I’d decided which one best, the small, Olivia arranged for DPD to collect the medium. I’m now sleeping in the correct position and my snoring level has decreased dramatically, monitored on Snore Lab, but not disappeared. Now thinking of buying the mattress.”

“The mattress and pillows are great; very much worth the investment. Unfortunately a month later the mattress still has a distinct smell. It would be great if there were additional delivery options; for a company that targets people with back pain, not having the option to bring the mattress to the right room / put on the bed was a minus. It would also have been helpful to have a service to pick up our old mattress at the same time.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The smell is unfortunately typical of foam products in the UK, but we promise it goes away. We will absolutely take your delivery feedback on board. While we're looking for ways to have your old mattress picked up, we've found it hard to find a suitable company that might deliver 'to the room' as we just don't ship out the quantities that they require just yet. Nevertheless, it's definitely on the cards for the future :)
