Do not use this company they are unhelpful cancel insurance when it’s there fault they would not except responsibility will not let you talk to managers beware of this company

My Partner Waited a hour and a half to awnser and when they did they said that you had to be 21 to ride a restricted A2 bike when she has passed her A2 license at 19. This was very frustrating as a company who handles with insurance doesn’t know about ages and license categorise. Don’t USE !

I took a motorcycle insurance policy out and had to cancel after 3 months. For this honour they took 75% of the policy value plus admin fees. An amount they didn’t disclose before payment was made. It was in the policy documents received after I’d paid. I feel robbed. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

The worst insurance company I have ever known in my life. Very bad. I do not recommend anyone to subscribe to this company at all. I called them and only asked them about insurance prices for pizza delivery. After that, my insurance was canceled and they asked me to pay £82, and I did not work to deliver pizza. I have called them several times and the employees are not friendly.

This Firm is a debacle, even if they are super cheap dont use them. 1, You cannot get hold of them 45min wait and then to overflow call centre to arrange a cal back that either never happens or is a day later and they never wait for you to answer 2, if you can finally get thru to make a change they want 25% of premium to do it. 3, if you cancel because of poor service they charge you 50% of your primum + £60 admin. do not use them they are awful !!!

Avoid this band from afar!!!! No one should go to them!!! I took out insurance with them in February, and in April they stole my motorcycle, although the insurance didn't cover it, but they still oblige me to pay for another 1 year even though I don't have a motorcycle because the contract can't be canceled for nothing!!!!! It's all pathetic, they don't even deserve a star

Absolutely appalling customer service. I spent 3 days on the phone trying to get through to someone, passed around different departments and just generally wasting my time. If they weren’t so much cheaper I would have gone elsewhere

Classic insurance con artists. Cancelled policy after 2 months having paid almost half the policy. Demanded the remaining 10 months with threats of debt collection, only £177 of the remaining £480 remained, I should be receiving refund with any other company but these will threaten you to get every last penny.

Such a bad company I have ever seen...they didn't reply, they put our call on more then 1 hour, they said they will call you back but didn't get any call.

Been on hold for over and hour and a half. Same two days ago except after an hour the line just went dead. Simply trying to sort European cover and make a policy update which you cannot do online. Have missed other important calls today due to this; looking like will have to hang up soon. Completely stuck and frustrated. Cant imagine what the claims process is like.

Nobody picks up the phone.tried for many days in a row to solve an issue and got no answer. Seems like there is no agents to talk to.

Biggest scammer of all took policy they charge me higher rate they possibly can then when I cancelled the policy they also charge me huge amout of money otherwise I will have to face the court not happy at all. I will recommend never go with Lexham Insurance

I bought a policy from them online for a motorbike. I attempted to add an additional motorbike to the policy online and could'nt so phoned them and despite several attempts over 3 days I could not speak to anybody. Awful company! AVOID.

I try to much for calling everyday. But not get answer I also send email and everything but I can't get solutions I have a problem last 15 day but this insurance company not give me solutions

Wanted to make a change on my policy. Was on hold for 45 mins. Eventually a girl answered and told me she'd get someone to call me back. This was 4.45. Didn't call back. In the meantime I tried phoning on another phone on hold for over an hour. Eventually cutting off at 7pm. Close of business. Does anyone work here? Unbelievable
