“It is a little bit expensive in my opinion and the system for finding your bike is unnecessarily difficult having to go through a long list to find the correct one.”

“Being on the phone for an hour in a queue, which was answered four times by people who could not help me was infuriating. Amanda started a quote for me and suggested I put a message on line so I could have a call back once I had the requested information. The call back method was very effective, Tracey was excellent and sorted everything, an excellent representative for the company.”

“One day before I called customer service. If Uber eat no accept policy. If cancel next day any charges they said no. But next day I cancel they charge fee. They lie. No good.”
