Very poor service from Lexham Personal Insurance. I have a 10- bike commercial (bike school) policy via Lexham. My girlfriend has (soon to be had) a private policy which should have renewed 23rd May. She has paid the new renewal fee in full, as supported by her bank statement, but has not received her Certificate of Insurance, which as it comes via e-mail should be almost instantaneous. This is despite 2 phone calls to Lexham. Today, Sunday 26th May, we have been unable to venture out on the bike as the MID database (AskMID) is showing that her bike is NOT insured. I WILL be cancelling my commercial policy with Lexham.

After insurance was cancelled, lexham still took payments for 3 months and refused a refund! Not happy

Phone line is very poor not picking up easy . staff talks like they don’t care not sorting the problem easily. Plus if you asked for same discount or asked why my insurance getting more expensive this year then last year was cheaper staff will easily say get it from other companies 😒

Cheap insurance but to go back and look at the policy and how much you paid is very difficult. The website definitely needs improving!!!

BRILLIANT!! Quote given was less than half the price of all other quotes given. Needless to say I have taken out the insurance. Had a hiccup with transferring my NCB but it was soon sorted out and I was very impressed with the speed of there response to my communications. No qualms in recommending Lexham Insurance.

I have always found Lexham Insurance to be helpful. But, the system to renew by telephone is painful at best. I understand that there are legal points and requirements in place that need to be run through with new business but, once the security criteria have been met please remember that I am ringing to renew my insurance, I have previously been made aware of the penalties that are punishable by death or worse, should I fail to mention or disclose something material to the insurance. If I did not agree with this then I would not have agreed it last time and I certainly would not be renewing with you this time. Also only three people in the classic insurance desk ! Really? 6 minutes on hold to be cut off does dot make for a happy customer

They sent me somebody elses documents. I'd never heard of them. I asked them to remove my email address from their system. They then ask me to review the service by emailing me. Draw your own conclusions.
