I have tried to contact Lexham on numerous occasions and also requested call backs and have still not been able to get through or been called back from anybody.

There expensive on premium and the excess fee is ridiculous £1000 excess, had no other choice

Very disapointed ,my son insured a bike but unfortunately had problems and had to change it .Identical bike and within 14 days of starting the policy but charged an extra £220 .It was a nightmare getting through to someone taking nearly 3 hours .I went online afterwards and entered all the details of the new bike and your insurance quote was identical to the original one .Why has it cost £220 to change the number plate over ????????????

Impossible two get hold off was on yesterday 3 times then cut off on phone for over 2 And then the same today and all it says is two do it online and its quicker and then u do it online then it says you have two calls up to discuss it further but u can't thew 2 days in a row I'm starting two think I'll get more sense out of a brick wall

3 days in a row waiting in excess of 20mins on hold to get through, the obligatory "we are experiencing high call volumes message" which means we won't pay for staff to answer the phone so are pushing you towards the Internet, doesn't help when I have a question about a proposed new policy.

Never answer the phone and never reply to e mails avoid trying to cancel sons insurance and they are beyond ignorant live chat is useless no reply to e mail and never answer phone

As a company you have no respect for your customers. Rang 3 times, been left on a call Uris for over an hour then bumped onto a different department just to renew a policy. Treat your customers with respect and value their time and custom

Waisted on the phone for 1 hour and 30 mins for no one to answer, stupid people doing stupid jobs, answer your phones it’s simple clearly something wrong with all or your employees

waste of time, spent nearly an hour in total over two days but you dont answer the phone, web site is just as bad and refers me back to a phone number which again does NOT GET answered.

Won't answer the phone. Waited 1 hour yesterday, tried again today no answer. The website says I have to phone them, all very frustrating

Cancelled my insurance 6 months into my policy because they wouldn’t insure my new bike, (which I got cheaper elsewhere) then after another 6 weeks I asked where my refund was, they told me they done me a favour not charging me a £50 cancellation fee. Basically stole my money.

Wish I could give 0 stars I’ve been waiting for them to answer for 6 hours it’s an absolute joke same thing for the last week and now they are cancelling my policy because there phone lines are so called busy

Terrible customer service, as so many people have already reported. Spent hours on the line trying to get through without success. Their standard feeble response is an insult to the many people who've been complaining about their phone lines, as it's evident that they've got no intention of doing anything about it.
