“I called to renew the insurance and waited on the phone for 40 minutes and no one answered. I have never seen such a bad company. Disappointment.”

“Terrible terrible service cancelled insurance because they said the police said I put my name wrong on my provisonal which is a full lie since you can’t do that as u got to use ur passport to get a provisional otherwise illegal immigrants could just come into this country and get a driver licence it’s impossible to lie about your name stupid company that cause distresss also they have a 1hour plus waiting time on hold if u try call them which is stupid”

“Was on hold for 2 hours plus trying to get insurance moved over as got new bike as no one answered I was set back from being able to drive home. Not impressed at all would rethink with going to this insurance company”
