“They are good and the people over the phone was really good with me as I struggle with understanding words and Communicating but I think paying over a thousand pounds for a 2 year old bike is a bit much but I kinda have to pay it as I need my bike”

“Wait time is a little long however I made it up because of the excellent customer service I received from Tasmin She explained everything in detail for me, the price change and any additional benefits. We had a laugh and a joke over the phone and very well and professional handled my requests even when the system went down. Excellent employee!!!”

“absolutely negative experience, I can't recommend this provider to anybody, looks like a people what there work, not really understand what them job, start from call centre , and finish admin department, I definitely don't return in that scum provider.”

“Had a accident where the driver hit me from behind damage my brand new bike 24 plate rang laxham out of hours for them to tell they can't do anything. Why am I paying all this money for what lexham help me we have a contract what your failing to forfeel yourside. Don't use this unless scamming company what a horrible company. Lexham get it together”

“I didn’t really have much contact with lexham. However when it came time to renew my insurance i was looking around and it led me back to them then they sent me a quote telling me my renewal was coming up and it was £200 more expensive then what i’d seen them offering it on go compare so i obviously chose the cheaper one however they shouldn’t be offering it saying it’s there “best price” if it’s not.”
