“I had a problem setting up my card when I first started with them, and then I had a whole year of mensual payments being taken. Now and after a year I can no longer pay monthly, which is a annoying. Customer service is ok.”

“When having to renew my insurance for the third time i had to pay in full, wasnt allowed to pay monthly, all because i missed a few payments which was lexhams falt as i asked to move my payment date and they said i had to make a payment which i already had, so now i wasnt allowed to pay monthly because of this. had to get a loan to pay in full”

“A whole year without problems,then I get a reminder last month of my renewal,I emailed to ask how much and received a reply to say it wasn't due until August?????.I tried again and was told it would be 406 pounds.Then I received a call from a lady of your employ and I asked her why you were asking 80 pounds set up fee.I could not get a reasonable answer so went to go compare who quoted 266 pounds which I accepted.Guess what company? Lexham!!.Make sense to you?,me neither.”
