“If you want to make any amendments to your policy it has to be done though an agent. The wait to speak to an agent was 25 mins, far to long”

“Lexham have been a great help! I have been acting on the behalf of someone else, and they have been really accommodating. The wait times can be occasionally long, however, when you get through they are easy to talk to and offer a great service.”

“very bad service. my bike has been stolen they rejected claim. I took this insurance through call only customer service never said that we have to keep additional lock all the time. they are finding reason to reject claim. last 2 year I paid without missing a single day. really useless”
