Brought through go compare on which I selected payment date of 31st of the month,then once I joined they set my first payment date to half way through the month, so I ended paying 200 pounds off in the first month then have 9 payments remaining over 12 months, not ideal then was told this was all in the small print in t&c, not ideal when I have just purchased a new bike, would have gone with other insurance if this was made clear on go compare

The advisor on the was really great, took his time with me and answered all my naggerly question which there were many. Made it clear the terms and breaches of my policy and any information he did not know he was quick to find out. Worked well with me to get the policy in line with my expectations and budget!

I’ve been with Lexham Insurance for a year. No claims have been made but when they send the renewal through it’s risen by £200. Like a lot of insurance companies they will try and a get more money out of existing customers. My advice is shop around. Even when I shopped around as a new user Lexham’s own system quoted me a cheaper price than their own renewal quote

This is the first vehicle i have insured, The process from quotation to taking out the police was very easy and trouble-free, and the staff on the phone were knowledgeable polite and extremely professional... they managed to get me a fantastic price that was hundreds lower than the next nearest quote and had all the benefits and extras that I needed I can't thank them enough for help and advice and would not hesitate to recommend 10 out of 10 thank you

I am pleased with my experience overall but i think a charge for a change of number plate to a private plate is extortion when other insurance companies allow this free via their app, also the Lexham insurance app is terrible as it constantly crashes or in my case says i have input the wrong password.
