“Initially, we were pleased with the service in securing insurance for my son's moped. Unfortunately, we needed to cancel his insurance - due to a seized engine. After emailing Lexham to cancel, we had a fairly quick reply to say they would cancel the policy and refund the balance. This was over a month ago. We have tried emailing, countless phone calls - sometimes holding on for over 30 mins and even using the ring back request or live chat but no one is available. Really exasperated as to how you can contact Lexham??”

“I had the mandatory call straight after my claim has went through but it’s been 10 days since and I’ve had no contact from Lexham themselves to see my bike or to give me an offer on the claim.”

“Best quote I had available. I phoned in with a question about my policy was on hold for 15 minutes which id consider quite low for an insurance company, the person who answered was super helpful and told me what I needed quickly and clearly, overall a good experience so far!! The app and ai is less helpful I will be honest, but the customer service makes up for it.”
