ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. LG TV OLED 65 INCH. COST OVER $2100. ON HOLD FOR OVER 1 HR REP NEVER CAME BACK WHEN WE ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR. A DEFECT IN THE TV PANEL. TV IS 2 YEARS OLD AND WAS TOLD WE HAVE A 5 YEAR WARRANTY DUE TO LG'S TV PANEL DEFECT. LG CUSTOMER SERVICE STATES IT IS 1 YEAR WHILE ON LINE STATES 5 YEARS. HORRENDOUS COMPANY !!! WE WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE AN LG PRODUCT EVER AGAIN !!!

I will not even give one,by the time I am writing this review I am without a refrigerator for more than 2 weeks now. Their Tag line is LG(Life is Good).in my life they made it as Life is Unfortunate,distressing and regretable.I really regret as to why after months of exploring as to on which company product do I need to invest my hard earned money,the company breaks my trust.There was some power fluctuation in my community and my refridgerator's not one but all the parts have failed Compressor,2 evaporators and condenser all at the same time unbelievable.When I call Customer service they say they cannot ship the product overnight as it is not their policy and the product has to be shipped from out of state. I have a small kid who takes food therapy and it has been so frustrating as to manage this situatuion.I will never ever buy nor recommend anybody to buy any LG product.Life is bad and sad.

I purchased an LG refrigerator for our brand new home. When we went to install it and use it, the refrigerator was malfunctioning, there were multiple issues with it Water dispenser not working Ice machine not working Temperatures all incorrect When we would restart the refrigerator within 2 hours it had an error code and was back to factory settings I have a baby at home and cannot use our brand new refrigerator We called in 4/6 and as of today 4/24 it is still not fixed. I cannot get anyone on the phone to properly help me with LG, they third party out the repairs and while that company is nice, they’ve been useless, they’ve rescheduled coming a few times and now they are on their third time coming because they haven’t been able to properly fix it / have the correct parts etc . I cannot feed my family properly this is not only hurting my family but now costing us more money eating out and getting food every day bc I can’t store milk, meat or anything that will go back in our fridge and the freezer does not work properly either so I can’t use that. The hardship this situation is creating is taking a toll on my family and LG has been horrible in responding and accommodating.

Terrible customer service. I wasn’t willing to waste any more time dealing with them . Decided to put my 5 month old LG washer to the curb and take the loss.

French door fridge manufacture date ten years ago has lost its coolant. No fix. No coverage. Model LFX25974ST /04. Bought at Menard’s. Trying to contact customer service through registering was impossible for me.

LG is worst service provider. I have register a request for AC service on 7th of April, but till today no one is visited. Their SLA is of 2 days, but its 3rd week now. I will never purchase LG product now on and also will not recommend to others as well.

Absolute worse fridge ever owned. Paid 4k and in 3 years been repaired 5 times and now they can't fix. Lg reaches out after review and makes me explain it again and then ignores me. This is hands down the worst experience and product you could ever have. Stay clear. To be clear if I was offered a brand new LG appliance for free I would take it straight to scrap yard

LG electric range, anti tip plate does not fit. It stops the range about 2 1:/ inches away fro the wall. Called customer support told me I needed to set up a video chat with a tech. Appointment was made but they never called. Called customer support again, said tech would call me back with in the hour never called

Extremely disgusting customer service. The call goes from Canada to Philippines (I guess), they want rating but no interest in solving the issue. LG fridges fail because of complicated motherboard issues and poor compressor. Do not buy LG and Samsung appliances.

In 2019 bought a LG refrigerator three years and 4 compressor replacements later they replaced the refrigerator,,The day it was delivered the man plugged it in to find out the compressor was bad in it too..A week later brought out the third refrigerator,,It worked for one week and the compressor went out...lost all my food six times ..They replaced that compressor (number 7 COMPRESSOR )..and new blower motor in the freezer and new ice maker. And a defrost computer board..it worked grate for three mouths ..Then leaked the freon on the floor and damaged it..I have called their customer service so many times that when I call now the answering machine says ,,By your number we show you have called numerous times..Now they tell me to get two estimates for replacing the floor..But the presidential liaison yells me after I submit the estimates it well tak mouths to see if they will fix the floor.

I have a refrigerator that had a bad compressor. I was told that LG would reimburse for full cost of repair. I was reimbursed $600 of the of $1,560.00. I’ve been working on this for 3 months with no resolution. I get told the same story every time I call “ the your presidential team will contact me”. Well they don’t.

Over an hour call with 4 different people to schedule warranty service and then told I may have to pay for it. Service reps unknowledgable, rude, condescending. After 4 days still no appointment. So very sorry I purchased LG. NEVER AGAIN.

Simply a terrible customer support experience. Our dishwasher, under warranty, broke in November of 2023. It is now April of 2024 and still no working dishwasher. I won't bore you with the convoluted seven "repair trips" that didn't fix the dishwasher; but the end result was a "refund amount" for the product. In typical LG form, we get a "confirmation notice " that the April replacement dish washer will be here on a Monday April 15th. 2024. I take the day off to receive it. Of course on Sunday April 14h - the day before it was supposed to be delivered - they send a notice that it is now coming on Thursday April 18th. I can't change my day off as it is a Sunday and now have to figure out how to get another day - Thursday off. Run away from LG.

Horrible customer service. Called multiple times to try to get someone I could even understand. Bought an expensive refrigerator a year ago; and already need a brand new ice maker. Total scam. Will never purchase another product after this one. Hope they read all of these reviews and complaints from multiple customers and make changes to their company

ZERO stars for a company who doesn't allow customers to list their water filters on eBay because they claim it infringes on their intellectual property, simply because "LG" was in the listing title. Don't worry, LG, I won't be buying anything from your company ever again, so I won't have any reason to put "LG" in print going forward. In fact, when we went to a locally owned appliance store to replace our washing machine and expressed interest in this brand the sales person told us not to buy it because parts cannot be obtained to make repairs. He ended up selling us a washer that was less expensive, but that has served us just fine.

Terrible customer service. The compressor died and the fridge was not cooling. Lost all of my food. The compressor was under warranty and they provided me with the name and phone number of a contractor to come out and diagnose the problem. They stated the compressor would be sent to the contractor and I would need to pay for the labor and any other work that needed to be completed. Next day contractor assessed problem and share what my cost would be minus the compressor. Contractor stated they needed LG to provide a work order so they could complete the work. Called LG and they stated they do not provide work orders and they wanted me to communicate that to contractor. LG refused to call their contractor and wanted me to be the middle man and communicate their contractor. This went on for 2 days. Never received the compressor that is under warranty. Very poor customer service and the third party agents were hard to understand and would not connect me with a stateside manager. LG is a BIG SCAM. I went to the appliance store to buy a new fridge and shared with everyone there that should not buy an LG. I shared my story with them and plan to do that every time I am in an appliance store. They no nothing about providing customer service.
