Why did I have to pay $170 for an ice maker when over a year and a half ago when we contacted LG about the problems we were having with the ice maker because they they could not hear the problem on phone and never sent any body out to look at it! I will never buy a LG product again. I would like to join the class action law suit also

How can I join the class action law suit ? My refrigerator doesn’t make ice or freeze and getting warmer!!! I live here by Villages ,Fl over 180,000 people and I’m going to spread the message beware of “LG” service . I want to join Class Action Suit ????

Why is my refund taking so long.i keep emailing them and getting different people replying and getting different replies about this .it's been going on since I returned TV in Feb 2024 .I accepted the settlement said it will take 28 it's over 28 days
