“The pool table is fabulous and so were the two guys who delivered it, they really went the extra mile and gave additional advice. My only feedback for the team is regarding the distribution person who arranges delivery. The guy that called (maybe Steve?) to arrange the origianl delivery called whilst I was on holiday and pushed me to try to deliver it which was impossible as I was overseas. It felt like an inconvienece to him, saying if if that date doesnt week it could take another four weeks. I found this approach rude and not very customercenric.”

“I rang to ask some questions about the product to avoid misunderstanding of product models, the answer was immediatel. I ordered on-line, confirmation instant. Had call from couriers to confirm day and time of delivery. Perfect communication all the way On un- wrapping we were delighted with its appearance, even better when plugged in and lights on. Overall quality for the price was very good. Now looking forward to playing my old Vinyl and CDs. And listening to Bluetooth which was easy to set up, and now also enjoying on line radio stations.”

“Quality pool table for the price, mine went in my summerhouse so didn't want to pay to much for a heavy slate table so this 6x4 works brilliantly for me. Had people around last week and table was constantly in use.”
