I spoke with Rhonda today and she was fantastic. She walked me through how to submit a bill in my ShareBox and showed me how to log into my HST Connect account. I appreciate the help today.

Jamie was excellent! She remained positive during the call and answered all of my questions. I wanted to praise her for her customer service today. I really like the positive changes and I am very pleased with Liberty HealthShare.

Ariana was very kind and helpful. I had a bill and she walked me through the ShareBox and not only showed me how to upload a bill, she also showed me all the resources that were available to me in the ShareBox. She explained the PHCS-HST network and how it works and even walked me through the site. I received great service today! Thank you

I wanted to give a glowing review for MaryAnn. She was endlessly patient and explained what additional information was needed for my bill to be processed. I am so impressed with her and she is a complete gem.

Charnele was extremely helpful. Not only did she have a great energy and attitude she was very knowledgeable. Charnele advised when a prenotification is required and she also educated me on my AUA and explained how it works. She took time to go over my bills and provided status updates. Charnele felt happy on the call and it truly made my day!

I would like to provide a glowing review for Tracy, she went above the average customer service. Tracy explained to me what was needed to process a bill and how to submit the information. She provided great care! We have been members for 2 years and we are having a great experience with Liberty HealthShare!

I don't submit a lot of bills so when I do, I always forget how to do it. Today a call center rep walked me through the ShareBox and showed me how to upload my medical expenses . She made me aware that I should have the provider bill directly which will make for a smoother transaction. I appreciate her being proactive and showing me the right way to send in my bills. Not only that, she showed me how to view my AUA in my ShareBox and walked me through setting up my HST account!

I had the opportunity to speak with Ciera today and she was extremely patient with me. She did not make me feel rushed and did not make me feel incompetent. Ciera took the time to explain what was going on with the new balance bill process and provided different ways for me to understand. She was very kind and helpful and i wanted to take the time to praise her for the experience

When I spoke with Laurie today she was helpful throughout the entire call. I called to check on some of my bills and she provided a status update for me. She even told me when some of my checks shared. Laurie went above and beyond and even helped me set up my HST account and showed me how to use the service.

I spoke with a rep today and she was extremely knowledgeable. She taught me how to submit balance bills and also walked me through setting up my HST Account. She was patient and answered all of my questions.

Laurie was excellent. She was helpful in explaining how to read a bill in my ShareBox and provided me details of the bill. She has a very calm and soothing voice and I did not feel rushed when I was on the phone with her. I really appreciate Laurie and how she was able to connect with me on the call.

I spoke with Laurie and she had the most calm and soothing voice. She did not rush me when I had questions regarding my bills. She provided bill status to me and let me know what was needed to correct a bill that was submitted incorrectly by the provider. She was so helpful and understanding.

Tracy was very patient when explaining different guidelines such as 180 day timely filing and bill status. She did educate me on some of my expenses that were not submitted and showed me how to submit the bills through my ShareBox.

Joshua went above and beyond today. I had a provider that was not aware that LHS is in the PHCS network. Joshua called my provider and explained HST to them and now they are going to bill LHS directly!

I spoke with Laurie today and she was very polite and educational. She helped me with a balance bill I have and she gave me the process on how to submit it. I love the fact that she listened to me when I called and did what she could to help.

I've been a member since 2014. But after some surgery, it was taking forever to get them to pay bills. Was getting the run-around until I saw someone on this page say call Carolyn at Liberty Healthshare -- phone number 330-730-2683. I called and she called me right back. And in less than a week my bills have been paid! She's great and told me to tell anyone to call her 24/7. Please do if you're a Liberty Healthshare member. She really cares and wants LHS to get back to the great organization they were before!

I'm so relieved that I finally found something worth my time and money when it comes to my own health. I got so accustomed to paying a health insurance company and feeling like I get nothing in return for my money. Now I can see where my money goes and know that when I need money it will be there for me to use. I am definitely not going back to traditional health insurance anytime soon.

I have been a member of Liberty HealthShare for the last two years and have had no problems at all. The coverage is much more affordable than anything found on the Market place. It is also nice to know that my contributions are helping other members.

I have been a member of Liberty Healthshare for several years and have had a fabulous experience. Just a few months after joining we had a costly medical emergency and they were right on top of everything and were generous in the payment of our bills. We have been able to satisfactorily resolve any billing issues. I would highly recommend them.
