It is an option for those that are self employed and do not or cannot use the Marketplace and who have no company-provided insurance.

I feel like a person rather than just a number as with health insurance. I can choose any doctor and even if the procedure is not covered you will help to get a better price for service.

I like it a lot better than insurance except when doctors act strange when we offer it. Price, ethics, simplicity, focus on health.

The cost is very reasonable. The newsletters are helpful and I love that someone answers the phone on the few times I have needed to make a call. A real person to answer my questions is what sold me on this program. Everyone I've ever spoken to has been extremely professional and kind. This goes a very long way with me.

LHS was phenomenal when I was undergoing treatment for breast cancer in 2020. Without this ministry, I do not know if I would have been able to navigate the experience.

Staff and administration has done a great job increasing communication with membership and has addressed all challenges and contingencies with thoroughness and realistic goals in mind particularly with backlog issues and decreasing the payback times.

Might be cheaper than normal insurance, haven't checked in a while. Money doesn't go to evil things like abortion. Website & expense submission tool is tolerable user experience.
