Librio creates personalised children’s books. We're fanatical about great storytelling, gorgeous artwork, premium quality and social responsibility. Librio books make a great gift for 0-8 year olds for any occasion, be it Christmas, Birthdays, Christenings or just because.

More Than A Book:
As a company which makes stuff for children, we believe it is our duty to do so in a way that protects and improves the world which they will one day inherit from us. We therefore print all our products on 100% recycled paper and support both a social and an environmental cause for every product we create.

“It’s a darling book, but I gave it only 3 stars because I think it’s way too hard for a 4-yr old child. I haven’t given it to my granddaughter yet but I had a VERY difficult time finding the numbers on each page. I think she’ll enjoy finding the character (although still challenging), but I’m expecting she’ll grow weary of trying to find the numbers. I did! However, I think a child can still enjoy the book. I wish finding the numbers hadn’t been made so difficult. I’d love to know what others think about that.”

Dear Barbara, Thanks so much for taking the time to write such in depth feedback. It's very helpful for us in figuring things out for future editions and we really appreciate the input. I very much hope that your granddaughter will enjoy it though. Other feedback we've had has been positive, however parents have said that they like to search for the numbers themselves (if they're reading with younger children) and then they can give hints to the little ones as they go along, thereby making it easier for their kids to find the numbers and themselves. I don't know if that's helpful at all, but it's proved very useful with other parents :)

“If I could have given more stars, I would have. From the sweet little updates you get while ordering and waiting on the book, to the fast delivery, to the quality of the book… I was blown away. I’m sorry that you find our books expensive, but let me give a little insight into why they cost what they do. There are some personalised books on the market for less, but there are also some on the market for exactly the same as ours. As with most things, I’d like to think that the difference in price is reflected in the end product. All of our books are printed locally on premium 100% recycled paper. Each book is created on demand to your exact specifications before being quality-controlled and finished by hand before being dispatched to you. Because we want our books to last a lifetime - both in terms of the enjoyment of re-reading the story for parent and child as well as the quality of the book itself -, we feel the little extra investment is worth it to produce a true keepsake. I hope this helps explain the reasoning behind our pricing :)
