Librio creates personalised children’s books. We're fanatical about great storytelling, gorgeous artwork, premium quality and social responsibility. Librio books make a great gift for 0-8 year olds for any occasion, be it Christmas, Birthdays, Christenings or just because.

More Than A Book:
As a company which makes stuff for children, we believe it is our duty to do so in a way that protects and improves the world which they will one day inherit from us. Dear Savannah, I'm so sorry to hear that you never received your product and that the email my colleague sent through to you in response to your email on September 13. for some reason didn't come through. If you are able to write back to me directly again to help@librio.com we'll do all we can to make it up to you. Just as an aside, I see you have a Gmail account and we're seeing more and more confirmations going to the "Promotions" tab in Gmail, so you might see it in there. If it is there, it'd be really helpful if you tell Google that it's not a promotion so that they move it into your "real" mailbox. Please get in touch and I'll get either a refund or a replacement sorted right away. Many thanks.
