“What a beautiful book and such impeccable service. There was a bit of a mix up and I somehow received two books, when I only wanted one. “Ordering and personalizing the special book, "A Tale of Two", for my twin granddaughters, was very easy to do on Librio's webpage. I was able to see a preview of the book with my granddaughter's names in the story before finalizing my order, which was very helpful. The hardcover book with sturdy pages arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition. It is a quality item that will hold up for a long time. I would like to give a shout out to Eddie, who kept in contact with me throughout the ordering and delivery process and made me feel like a valued customer.
