“This book is a present for my 6 year old daughter and my Godson for Christmas presents. I was surprised to see the quality when I received them. They were lovely, thick and sturdy and well worth the money. Although they were more expensive than a regular book, they are personal and well worth the money. Definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to get a small child something brilliant for a birthday, Christmas etc.”

Dear Maureen, My sincerest apologies for only just seeing this review! I very much hope that the book you ordered arrived in the end. I believe the one for Elena and Henry was some kind of technical mix up - the reason for which I'm afraid I'm not sure - but I'll do all I can to make it up to you. “The whole ordering process went smoothly, they were sending the book fast and I got confirmation/information from the whole manufacturing process and from the delivery. This happened in a very cute way, as the printer bear sent the messages etc. The product quality is the best and the whole personalized book idea is just wonderful.”

“I bought a Librio book for my sons best friend and it was just perfect! It brought a tear to her mums eye :) My only critique would be that there were not enough personalisation options for the characters (our children both have mousy brown hair and the only options were dark brown, black, yellow or orange). Otherwise, 5 stars!”
