“If I could do zero stars I would have. I purchased a dress that is navy blue in their ad and it is pale blue in reality. When I tried to return it because it was not what I thought I was purchasing they offered me 20% back and I could keep the dress. They also told me "Please note that the color of the dress on the website might appear different due to lighting effects during photography, and personal preference in liking the dress can be subjective. We strive to ensure that our product images are as accurate as possible, but variations can occur." That is quite a variation! They said "Please know that your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving this issue for you." and "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right." but their version of making it right is vastly different from mine. I emailed them before they even marked the dress delivered and they re saying for hygiene reasons they do not accept returns. Save yourself the hassle and do not ever order from this company, they are shady and cheap and the send different products than those they advertise.”

“I had a terrible experience with Life Goals. The dress I ordered was completely different from what was shown on their website. The quality was poor, and the color and design did not match the photos.
When I reached out for a refund, they only offered a partial refund or store credit and insisted that I cover the return shipping costs. This is unacceptable, especially when the product received is not as described.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Life Goals. Their customer service is uncooperative, and their return policy is unfair. I will be filing complaints with the FTC and BBB.”

If I could give this site a zero I would. There is no phone number listed for this company (shame on me for not actively researching this). Now I know why- my items haven’t shipped, but the charge ($450) has posted. They claim my items shipped 4 days ago; I have a tracking number that relays the label has been created but the items haven’t been received.
What a big fat waste of time and huge hassle.”

You have to wait for over a month for the items to arrive . However when they arrive they are substandard and poor quality .
