“Very quick delivery as always, bit disappointed by the size of the box and all the foam nuggets in it, my 4 items could have been sent safely using a lot less packaging”

“The actual product (vitamin D) is all good. I am very keen to be as environmentally friendly as possible here, and was disappointed to see just how much plastic was used in wrapping such a small item. I definitely think packaging could be improved.”

“Great products but the size of the packaging box and stuffing protection is excessive. I understand the need to protect glass bottles in transit but this does seem to be extreme. I'm sure they could use a smaller size box or change from glass bottles to cardboard tube bottles ( not plastic) that are recyclable. Just a suggestion.”

“Clear website making it easy to order and pay. Although selecting the standard delivery service the item was delivered the next day. But as I was not at home the item was delivered on a date selected via the courier website; prior notification from Lifeplan of the delivery forecast would have been helpful. Otherwise all good.”

“Ordered 2 jars of honey and one arrived broken but a replacement came this morning. It's the only honey I can eat straight off the spoon and is my absolute favourite. I've ordered from here a few times and have never had a problem until the last shipment. Glad it was quickly sorted.”

“Fast and efficient service of good high quality products. I have been getting my products from Health Scents shop but due to lockdown they are now closed so will probably continue to purchase on line. Question: I was getting Lifespan Glucosamine 2000mg from the shop but not available on line ?”

“They arrived on time only thing was I was out and instead of leaving them in my back garden in a safe place like amazon and eBay do I had to go to the main post office delivery place which is not close to me to sign for them”
