“I found the website easy to navigate and place my order. When the boots I ordered arrived I realised they were a size too big. I chatted online with James who immediately agreed to an exchange to be dispatched that day with the original package to be picked up all at no extra charge They arrived the following day and the pick up by DPD went well too. Great product, great website, great service.”

“I returned an item and did not initially receive a refund. I rang customer services and the person I spoke to was polite and quickly sorted the problem out, they also gave me a credit note along with an apology. Good customer service that a lot of larger companies would do well to replicate.”
