“Thank you for your prompt service in providing the goods and your excellent delivery service with DPD. Unfortunately, because both pairs of shoes were not exactly what I had in my mind I have returned them by Royal Mail for refund to your Returns unit 37 at Bletchley MK2 2AZ as per your instructions. Order no. 21768. This necessity for returning the order does not mean I will not use your service in the future and in fact I am already looking for other products.”

“I ordered a pair of slippers (size 8, which is my normal size). The slippers arrived quickly but, although they were size 8, they were too small. I therefore needed to exchange them for a size 9. The whole process was very fast and simple. I also received a refund for the postage to return the original pair within a couple of days. The size 9 slippers arrived a day or so later and fitted perfectly. Super customer service.”
