“The worst customer service Henry street . my second and definetely last experience with lifestyle .The manager on Henry Street Dublin its just shame the way she is dealing with customer. I bought leggins after 2 days not even wearing them i found a hole .I Came back to the shop kindly and nicely to ask for a swap because i loved them but she just threw me out from the shop with a words SHE IS THE MANAGER and she can decide however she wants.She did not even look at them so she could not even see the hole .Probably she has an eagle eye . very unprofesionall.I left the shop like a rubbish.... ach very disapointed really .I will never ever visit the shop or online shop .”

“Shocking Customer service. On my third email to attempt to resolve what is clearly a shipping error on your part and the only response so far was an automated email over 2 weeks ago saying we will be back to you soon.”

“Dear Lifestyle Sports (Retail Section) The poor kids in L/S shops are less than clueless. Yet, not there fault. Poorly trained, badly managed with a poor attitude towards customers to match. Unable to comprehend, how these stores can afford enormous rents in a highly competitive market and yet pride themselves in the delusion of providing "excellent customer service". (C'mon guys ... wake up !!!) The customer in this case was driven directly to the Brand Manufacturer's website. Thus removing the frustration and cost of spending time in a mall. Module 1 (appears in the Life Style "alternative" training manual) "get rid of the customer as quickly as possible, then I can get back to texting my mates". (Team member to Customer) Naa, the style in that Brand doesn't come in half sizes. (stated with attitude to match) Oh yeah !!!, I think to myself, failing to impart my wisdom to the contrary, to said LifeStyle Team Member. So deftly, I am sent on my way. I then log on to official website and order online. My 43.5 arrived 3 days later. The service provided was nothing more than an exercise in excellence and perfection. My new half sized shoes visited three countries enroute. Amazing !!! This all results in a normal blood pressure reading. In time, these shops will go out of business resulting in jobs losses. Great plan guys. Keep up the good work !!!”

“Absolutely dreadful, they sent completely wrong order then refused to rectify their mistake. I would have had to pay to send their mistaken order back to them so am now stuck with nothing of what I ordered just some random clothes that they sent me. When I complained they offered me 10% off my next order but would not go near this company again.”
