“Bought 3 low voltage lights based on several previous purchases from yourselves. Unfortunately when they arrived (having been delivered a day late and to the wrong address) I found that these are totally incompatible with my existing system, the way they fix to the cable is completely different. This was not obvious from the website, as these look identical to one of the lights I already have from you. Therefore I cannot use them and irritatingly have had to pay to return them. Disappointed.”
