“Ordered 3 outdoor wall lights on Wednesday, they were delivered on Thursday (1 hour slot time) 1 of the lights was faulty, i e-mailed next day to advise, new light was delivered the following day (again 1 hour slot time). The lights are more than i expected from the pictures on the internet, better colour and larger than expected.They look perfect outside and i am soooo pleased with them they look amazing. I would totally recommend this company for their prompt delivery and customer service. I truly believe i could not have recieived a better service anywhere. Well done Lighting Majestic.”

“The speed with which my order was dispatched was excellent, indeed despite the purchase not being suitable felt I was dealing with a legit company. However the product being unsuitable was a minor irritation in comparison to trying to return this product!! No information regarding returns. Contact at company said they would mail me details of how to return goods. A message was sent but attachment could not be retrieved - so still no details/ still have lights and no use for them Still awaiting further info from company without the need for an unecessary expensive phone call. Every first class company I buy from on - line has had info on returns on original receipt even contains return form. I would have re - bought but returns response has deterred me.”

“Overall frustrating and upsetting experience after ordering from their website. Received an email telling me the item I ordered was discontinued. Thereafter communication was very poor, none of my emails were replied to and after 10 days and several phone calls I finally managed to get a refund. Sad to have such shocking service, maybe they have bigger fish to fry and my £60 order was meaningless to them.”

“I came upon Majestic Lighting by accident on internet, after struggling to find suitable wall lights for my new home, with it being an old property. The shop was only 15 minutes from my home and I never knew it existed. !! I visited the shop, helpful staff, and then went back to look on line as there are hundreds of lights to choose from, and obviously could not all be in stock in the shop. Lights ordered and arrived promptly in 2-3 days. I was very pleased with my purchases, will definetely use them again.”
