“I am a new customer and LightInTheBox came through for me.What i saw is what i got there were no disappointments even with the delivery which was right on time .The prices are very affordable for all and the customer care are very professional .They also do have refunds and returns which is very good”

“I made my order, it was NEVER received. I replied to their e-mails enquiring about receipt...I REPLIED "NOT RECEIVED" to each e-mail. I finally requested a refund after waiting 3 1/2 months (waited a long time due to delays during Pandemic). No refund will be given...I CAN order again and get up to 50% off my order...REALLY? You want MORE money and expect me to HOPE YOU ACTUALLY SOMETHING DELIVER THIS TIME? Not ^%&#&$% Likely... Truly a scam!!!”

“It was my first purchase on the site. I discovered it on the advice of a friend and was impressed. Great customer service and relationship in both pre-sale and after-sales. A great differential is the customs insurance. I was taxed on my purchase and in less than 48 hours after they had already been reimbursed the value of the customs fee. Shipping conditions and delivery time were excellent. I recommend to all my friends the site LightInTheBox.”
