“Wow - great service, website and product. We ordered two Rashguard Lycra suits to go diving and snorkelling with on a forthcoming holiday. Impossible to buy here in Ireland - if it’s cold enough to need something to wear, first response is a 3mm wetsuit. So we set up an account (easy), found the products (easy) price was great! Less than 100 euro, delivered by courier and they were with us in less than 2 weeks - all the way from China. Good communication at each stage - (order confirmed), shipping confirmed. We were worried they’d get held up at Customs, but no problem at all - would not hesitate to buy through LightInTheBox again. Highly recommend.”

“The worst fitting shoes I have ever bought. Such poor quality. Refunds are nigh impossible to get and the purchaser has to pay to return the goods and pay customs charges. This company is a TOTAL rip off and should be shut down. Their size 5xl is more like a size 16. 10% refund if you keep the goods rather than send them back...what does that tell you!! SHOCKING after sales service”

“I am completely confused by the return policy. I am unable to get to the shops as I am 85 and so bought dresses online. I am still waiting for instructions to return 3 of h the 4 dresses and meanwhile am just sent a huge amount of marketing material via email”
