Delivery to the UK is dreadful so bear that in mind. Customer service is horrendous and extremely complicated to use. - UPDATE- I was contacted by the company and immediately sorted and rectified. Very happy with the communication and resolution so has restored my faith in the company. Thank you for dealing with so well.

This is Customer Service Supervisor from Lightinthebox. I am afraid that you misunderstood the shipping time of your order. Please be noted all our products require processing time before shipment. After you placed this order on Dec. 29th, we spent a few days to process it and shipped it out on Jan. 3rd. Please also note the shipping method you chose for this order was "Priory Line". It's the secondary shipping method we have, which usually takes 4-7 business days (6-11 calendar days) for the package to arrive. And we state it in the shipping method choosing part at the Check-Out page when you placed this order. So it's normal that you still haven't received the package because it's still in transit. Excellent choices things you don't see on the High street and with the current situation a lot of us don't have the choice on the High Street. Something different puts a smile on your face. And most of all good prices.

Fantastic and reliable company. I was a little nervous with my first order but the item arrived quickly and was very good quality too. Tracking available all the way which is comforting when there are so many scams out there. Will definitely order again. Top marks!

This is Customer Service Supervisor from Lightinthebox. I would like to help. We are afraid that you might misunderstand the actual shipping time. Your order was shipped via two packages on Dec. 4th. One was delivered on Dec. 18th and another one was delivered on Jan. 2nd. So the shipping time was not 2 months. However, we realized the shipping time was more than promised. Please be noted December is always a peak shipping season. All shipping companies are overloaded by packages due to the busy holiday season. So they require longer time than before to deal with all the packages. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this shipping delay. Website implies quick delivery....no mention that goods come from China and take a month or longer. Then postage costs not covered for returns, which would cost more than the value of the goods. 'Rewards' of 20% added to account for keeping the goods are in dollars not £ sterling and goods ordered to redeem rewards must be over double the value of the reward, so basically of no use whatsoever. Dreadful service. Will not be using again, rewards or no rewards.

recipient of gift did not like what i purchased. on trying to return for refund i was denied. now i have a gift that no one wants and i lost $65 on substandard clothing. They do NOT give refunds. Wil NOT purchase from them ever again.
