Awful company would never order again poor quality shoes nothing like adverised. Tried to get refund as they were to wide and generally not happy with them. No returns label in package and customer service making it very difficult to return. Do not order from these, a waste of money!

This company is refusing to give my wife a fund for goods she sent to them six weeks ago. The items were the wrong size and did not match the images shown on their website. The items were returned as per their instructions. All follow up emails have been ignored.

Just trying to send back three awful dresses. They want to only give me 50% of return as they say costs 40 dollars to return to China a complete rip off never use this company

Worse return process ever! no email or phone to contact. You need to send a picture of the items you ordered or you can't even go through process. $50 on 2 shirts plus $8 s&h. I'm stuck because can't finish return.

I ordered a blue tee-shirt, expecting it to be much like any other blue tee-shirt I've ever bought online. I thought it would be cotton but it was some awful synthetic material, white on the inside, shiny metallic blue on the outside like some faux silk or satin. The printed design was just awful quality too, blurred not sharp. It looked nothing like the example on their website being worn by models. I couldn't be bothered to go through the convoluted returns procedure so I'm just going to write it off. The tee-shirt was so bad it's gone in the trash.

I suspect I am about to experience the same frustration as previous reviewers here. I just received 2 clothing items of very poor quality and nothing like the photos. There are no contact details on the LITB website - no email or phone number. So how can you make a complaint. Wish I'd researched before ordering - I was seduced by the 'sale' prices - as I suspect I'm going to lose my money. This company is clearly a candidate for Rip Off Britain. I might try threatening them with the small claims court - just to see if I get any response.

They ship from local satellite depots but if you wish to return an item you have to post it to China 🇨🇳 which is invariably not cost effective. Your refund is swallowed by postage and taxes. The company is dishonest and underhand to be avoided.

Please do not order from this company. I paid my parcel via bank transfer and I don't receive it. I send email and never have an answer. They just stole money! Keep away from this company!

Before I placed an order with light in a box, I first read most of the reviews. Something in the back of my head said check out this website first. Good thing I followed my instinct, because after I registered with fake information. I sent a request to remove my details from their website. The online helpline agent sent me a bogus email to remove my details and this bounced back as fake. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sizes ridiculously small and poor quality to long to arrive I was going to order my dress for my sons wedding but I won’t now because of these reasons

I'm very happy with the service in general. The product are good, worth the money. Delivery is good as well, doesn't take too long even when the items comes from the other side of the world. The tracking works fine, you always know when to expect your parcel. ANd the customer service is good as well, you always get an answer to your questions. All in all, I like LightInTheBox a lot :)

Bed throw/wall hanging nothing like hand made item in internet picture. Scammers. Sent item nothing like what I ordered on flimsy material with design out of focus so you couldn’t look at it! Don’t touch these people.

I ordered a smart watch dom20a, for 484.09, on 13.2.22. Never received the watch and today is already May 4th. I asked for refund which They promised to send but never got in my account. My recommendation is NOT to buy from this company. They are unreliable. Eliyahu Marmor Israel

Very very slow delivery. The shirt was not as described. I was told I could return it to China but it would probably cost me the same price as the item. They offered me 20%but I would never ever buy from there again. I felt the design of their website was rubbish too. To evidence my complaint with photos was such a pain compared to other websites.

Whilst I’m impressed with the comfort of my red ankle boots I’m disappointed with the shiny plastic which ruins the look. The are advertised with a soft matt leather look. Really sad

I purchased a dress and a top first and was very happy with them so i then placed another order for about 5 or 6 tops, waited ages and when they finally got here they were about three sizes to small even though i had ordered the same size as before and checked with their measurements. Also they were really poor quality with cotton threads hanging from every seam. So when i went to return them i discovered that i had to return them to china. These items cost me £89 and it would have cost about £50 to return them. So after reading the small print about returns i realised that even if i paid to return them they would not give me a full refund. Also i had read a few reviews that said they sent items back and still didn't get a refund. I ended up not wanting to spend even more money on this trash so accepted their offer of refund of about £11. Totally disgusted with this company and i would highly recommend that you never purchase anything from them unless you have money to throw away. Its daylight robbery and i don't know how they get away with it. They lure you in with one good purchase and then after that you just get clothes that look like a five year old made them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
