Thank you for the reviews will not be buying. They not even cheap for us in South Africa. I think I'll get cheaper from China town in our area and better quality.

I had no idea that the goods were being dispatched from China. There was no mention that tax would be payable. On goods valued at £30 I have had an invoice from DHL the carrier for £18.17. Definitely missrepresentation by Light in the Box

Do not waste your time and money. I had ordered a product in May 2018 which was said to have been shipped immediately. I have not receive it till date. Every ticket logged was closed stating the product was on the way.

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase from this company. They hold your money send you nothing then have a NON EXISTENT customer service. Complete con. Think they earn by taking interest from all the big sales they make. Where is my refund ad.never got lights of thermometer. #Light in the Box are S☆☆T in a box for sure.

For all those reviews in this site. Most of us paid with credit cards, go to your credit card company for a charge back. It may take some time but you can get you dollars back. This company is the worst of frauds I have seen. Ever changing delivery dates from 22 days to 60 days. I gave up at 80 days. No response whatsoever. The only responded when they got the charge back from my credit card company and advised me that if dropped the charge back they would get in touch with me to assist in the refund. They forgot the six unresponded to messages I sent them. Who ever allowed them on the internet is just as guilty as they are. "!!!! FRAUD!!!!!"

It took over 1 1/2 months for a dress. It arrived too late for the wedding. I’m now without a dress and still had paid for the item. Impossible to get ahold of them. Trying to retrieve order info it as indicating I didn’t have an order yet I got charged! Don’t bother. It truly comes on the slow boat from China!

Paid for expedited shipping and still took a month to receive a package containing two types of masks needed for protection from Covid 19 on airplane. Not only did they arrive after the scheduled flight but I only got 6 out of 10 masks of one kind. After 3 months their offer to refund if I send item back and pay for all shipping is ridiculous. My advice is avoid purchasing anything from this company.

Over a month to get two T-shirts money taken prior to order getting sent. Both items on same order but came separately. Worst company I've ever done business with will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone else . In fact I think a statement warning people about them should go viral.

Never ever buy from this company. I ordered a double digit number of shirts many weeks ago. I have received 3, 2 of which need to be returned because of company errors. None of the others have been received yet and the processing and shipping times keep changing. It has turned into a nightmare for me. I want to warn other potential customers so that they do not have to go through what it is happening. I have fallen for the glitzy advertising, never ever again.

This company is a complete fraud! I will never buy from them again. I paid over $60 for a dress that looked like a nightgown. I was given $20 in rewards but that is only good if you spend double that amount plus shipping. Don't ever buy from them.

Ordered an expensive door handle which after a week was useless. Unable to contact them so we are left with an item unfit for purpose . Do not use this company !!!! Poor customer service. Never ever again.

Total rip off they refuse to replace faulty goods and let you bear any duty that may arise which nearly doubled the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

My experience has been very unsatisfactory. I have attempted to communicate with customer service many times requesting more information on return policy and sizing. I have attempted to cancel the order. Without success. They have my money. They haven't shipped the item. Finally, I contacted the Customer Service Supervisor and received an automatic reply with their promise that their Customer Service Supervisor would contact me within one day of my complaint. I haven't heard from them. I feel like I've been scammed! I don't recommend ordering from this company.

Paid for fast delivery did not get it. Extra costs for shipping from abroad which had to be paid to courier. Still waiting for goods. Never again. The reviews say it all and don't lie.
