“LIGHT IN THE BOX IS INDEED A GOOD SHOPPING ON LINE BUSINESS THAT ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH GOOD PRODUCTS WHICH ARE AFFORDABLE, WHEN REASONABLE OFFERS ARE PROVIDED. ITS DEDICATED STAFFS AND FRONT LINE STAFFS, LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, MAY AND SUPERVISORS LIKE ELEONORA ( AND OTHERS BEHIND THE SCENES) ARE THE DRIVING FORCE FOR HIGH RATED PERFORMANCE AND ITS QUEST FOR REVIEW FEEDBACKS TO IMPROVE ITS SERVICES ARE REMARKABLE. “It is very easy to order from. Customer service are also very helpful but returns are not good at all . Bear this in mind when ordering anything. I only ordered one thing as Reviews are 50 /50 for this company. I had no problems and no need to return anything for first 4 orders so Great I have found them to be a very hit -and -miss company now. which is a shame because they have some lovely clothes .I have ordered certain sizes that need to be taken in and also the other end of the scale things that are supposed to be certain sizes arent at all. 5xl are more like a Medium And then the problem with returns. . I would love to order more as I have so many things I love the look of but really unsure now of sizing so always check each individual size chart for any clothes when ordering and hope you dont have to return any. The customer service is also very good. Sizing is extremely hit and miss . Some of their largest 5xl can be as small as a meduim and the ladies Lingerie cup size is so small and returns is a problem when needed . Offers are made to help the company keep costs down as its a”

“Everything I have bought has been of a high standard and all sizes, have fitted correctly and a snuggly fit. Service and delivery has been always as stated and efficient.
