Light in the box is a scam site!!!! Be aware!!! I ordered 2 items 1 month ago and I still haven’t received anything and no money back as well!! They don’t answer questions and they just don’t give you the money back!!! Scam!!!!!!!

their products are not fit to size. Their return policy makes it impossible to exchange or get a refund of unwanted items. Would never use them again!

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering, the 2 dresses I ordered are nothing like the photos on line they are absolutely awful really cheap material I don't know how this company is getting away with this, just read the returns policy and It is so difficult to return anything so both dresses going in bin. Lesson learned. I would be ashamed to take them to my local charity shop.

The quality of their clothing is disgraceful . I ordered a coat that looked lovely on line. Well when it arrived I was flabbergasted.It was ugly, nothing like what I had ordered, very cheap material and it was like it had gone through the ringer. I did have trouble returning it. However I told them I was going to make complaint to BBB. They weren’t long afterwards refunding my money. Even told me I didn’t need to return the coat. No use to me because it’s not ever fit to donate to Good Will. Fact.

Don't trust this company. Item did not fit and returns policy is to return to China at most of the cost of the item or accept 205 of cost of item as credit or 10% of cost as a refund.

Do not use this company!!! All my items were of terrible quality, so different from the images. I have emailed 6 times so far to get a refund. Customer Services keep telling me I will have to pay for the cost of returning the items in advance and offer me discount on the items instead. I have had 3 different discount offers. Each time I tell them I do not want a discount, I want full refund and how can I return. I am still trying to get a response. £180 on clothes I wouldnt use as dusters. Terrible. Please dont get caught like I did.

I just got my order today and my jaw dropped.What I received looked nothing like what I ordered. It was a very cheap made dress, Poor quality expensive products, terrible return policy. The materials were the lowest quality I have ever encountered. Don't throw your money away.These reviews must all be fake. Images are different from what you receive. I have been using Light in the Box now for several years. At first I was sceptical and I thought I would be scammed and stitched up. How wrong was I. I have made many transactions over the years and I have not been disappointed yet. I have had to send one item back in all this time and that was a coat. There was no messing about and the coat was exchanged with no fuss at all. Overall very happy with Light in the Box.

The worst company. It’s all just a big scam. It cost more to send something back than the items i ordered. Don’t order from them. I learned my lesson.

Placed an order more than 3 months ago and still didn't receive the item. I'm trying to cancel it to get my money back, but the support team doesn't seem to be helpful at all.

I ordered 2 outfits. Gave my measurements. The outfits did not fit at all. All they did was take a small pattern and made it wider. If I would have been about 6 inches shorter maybe it would have fit but I doubt it. Their clothes are not for American women. I returned the clothes for a full refund. The clothes were returned in March and it is end of May. Still no refund yet. It cost me $75 to return the clothes to them. I'm expecting that to be refunded too. I have contacted them many times and have sent many pictures. Still no refund. They are not a good company to do business with. I do not recommend buying from them.

Very poor quality product, did not match image on website, far far too small. Looked like army fatigues not casual jacket. To get a refund would have to incur prohibitively expensive cost of posting to China or accept a small discount. Absolute disgrace from start to finish and what's worse is that the same product images appear on more than one website so they are trading under multiple mail order companies. Stick to trusted local companies.

I am sad to say that the products are of very low quality and I would not recommend this site to anyone. My son unfortunately was sent a message of having to pay extra and the company ended up charging him around 40 dollars extra for shipping which my husband had already paid. They were asking for his credit card but luckily gave him his debit card. This is very shady. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Quality and sizing are great and are as described on the website. I’ve already ordered another 6 items after receiving my first order recently. The only negative was the time scale of receiving my order not that it was late but that 2 weeks is long but totally expected due to it being an international order. Many thanks

Ordered ages ago and the processing time is forever. I ordered this item for a particular event and it wouldn’t arrive in time. Even though the item hasn’t yet been sent they will only offer 50% refund on the item. This is a terrible company and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND MOST OF THE JEWERLY AND SANDALS WAS VERY POOR QUALITY AND THE CLOTHING TO SMALL. I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED TO RETURN SOME OF THE ITEMS...WHICH INCLUDED...CONTACTING THEM TO START A TICKET, TAKING PICTURES OF EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF THEIR PACKAGES AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES OF BOTH SIDES OF EVERY ITEM....ALL IN ALL I PROBABLY SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR IN TOTAL TRYING TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SAID....Dear customer, Appreciate your efforts in providing the pictures, however we apologize that we are unable to determine the quality issue from the pictures provided. Nonetheless, if you believe that there is a quality issue and have more pictures or a video that can reflect the issue related, we are still able to further assist in providing them to the supplier and negotiate possible solutions.
