DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE, they will take your money with out a reason. If there is a delay they will send you automatic answers with out meaning, to after a few times of false information they will tell that they took your money. A FRAUD!

Light in the box is a total rip off for customer service. I purchased a projector that works with cell phone for my granddaughters birthday. It would not work with her cell phone or any others in the household. The first time I contacted customer service they told me to take pictures of the problem. ??? How do you take pictures of something like that? Then I contacted them another 3 times in a two week period and finally received a response two weeks later telling me to return the product to China. (at my expense). Or I can sell it, give it to someone else or except a 30% refund. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT THEY WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Suddenly I get an email saying part of my order is on back order. Product was available when I submitted order. So after 3 weeks lying about product availability you might actually ship the rest of my order. They claim I am getting a refund for back ordered product but I have not received it yet. Do not waste your time ordering from this company

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a light for approximately $181.00 US dollars. The light I received was a bad knock-off and came with instructions in poor broken English. The light was made out of cheap plastic, not aluminum as described in the listing. After some back and forth with customer service, I decided to open a complaint with Paypal. I was eventually offered a full refund, however I had to return the item at my own cost. The cost to ship the item back to CHINA was $131.00! I just eventually threw the item in the trash and chalked to whole experience as a lesson learned. Please take my advice - the little money you may save on a purchase from this company will not be worth it.

I waited for over a month for my order and was overpriced to begin with when I saw the contents in reality! I had also paid a shipping charge. When I received my order my postman advised me I needed to pay an additional €32 on customs charge ... this was a rip off . I paid €120.00 already and shipping charge and then a customs charge ? I definitely won't be buying from this website again. What I receiced wasn't worth a quarter of the cost.

paid 20 bucks for shipping and was send a ripped dress. Now they are telling me to pay for return shipping but keep giving me fake addresses. BUYER BEWARE. DONT SHOP HERE

They took my money and I’ve not received the item, it’s been a month now. When I click customer service it says I have no order, I can’t see how I contact the company now, no English telephone number just an address. money definitely came out of bank too. I have a disappointed son now.

They took money and package says shipped may 27. Track it is a joke. I don’t think it left China yet as that what the tracking says. Customer service says don’t worry it’s on the way. I asked three times to give me the info to track and I want to know when it arrives. It’s past it’s 20 business days. Now CS says July 18, and they keep saying be patient. How about I will be patient when your action matches your words. It doesn’t. You make way more money having customers return .... duh 😒. Never ever buy anything from them. Ridiculous. Who has 100.00 bucks to get ripped offf in the pandemic. A holes

The dress took ages to arrive and then it was not the dress I ordered. Ugliest dress I have seen for ages. The dress was really badly made. The buttons off set. Seems not finished and horrible cheap material although to be honest maybe the actual dress I chose may have been made of nasty cheap polyester type material too. Who knows

Awful company. Paid extra for quick delivery, it took 8 weeks to be delivered even though it had been "shipped" after a week. Contacted the company and agreed to a refund for the shipping costs. Rather than repay my own account, they credited my account on their website, which I will never use again. Item eventually arrived and broke the second time using it. This is a scam and the sooner they are closed down the better.

Buyers beware, please do not order from this company. Bought a fitness watch does not work is not fit for purpose. Cannot get refund, purchased from UK, but required to send back to China at cost to buyer. Please see all reviews and do not order from this company.

TERRIBLE costumer service. After an unacceptable delay in processing my item prior to shipping my items arrive too late to given as presents, I sent the items back to the seller. It took four emails saying the same thing to get them to understand I had returned the items and wanted a refund. After they finally understood the items were on their way back they stopped the message chain and i was forced to start a new chain which they completely ignored. i was forced to go through Paypal to get them top communicate with me.

No way to return/contact. Ordered an item which, when received, was unsuitable. Found that although the item was sent from within the UK, the address provided for returns was in China. The website said that to arrange a return, customers must log into their account, select item and request a return receipt. Logging into my account, which now comes up in Spanish, it shows no orders. Scoured website for email address for customer services. The only means of contact is one email address to be used only for businesses. With no other means of contact, I sent an email. This was replied to with me being told this was not the email address for customers and advised only to click on a link leading to a form to 'submit a ticket' to customer services. Clicking on the link, the page is in Spanish. Clicking on the link within this page takes me to another Spanish language page with no further links. The company clearly do not make returns easy. Or in my case, possible.

My order is taking long to arrive I ordered it on June 18th a iPhone 8 Plus otterbox case my order number is 2006180637974182 I payed Shipping insurance which was £3.55 Royal Mail to 4-9 business days so I can get my order quicker it has said it has shipped but I’m unable to track my order its saying “It's not available in the carrier's system yet” and it’s says “If Your order can't be tracked, the chosen shipping method takes 10-20 business days, but sometimes, 30 business days. I payed a quicker shipping insurance for a reason so I can get my package quicker. And now it’s saying i have to wait longer 🤦🏾‍♀️Please fix this .

First time ordering from this site. So disappointed. I ordered 2 dresses for my mum. Money came out but no confirmation email, go to check my order on my account and it says I have made no order. To question them about this it says you have to go in to your order which they say I didnt make 😡. Really should have checked the reviews. Shocking

UNSATISFIED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY LightInTheBox has handle my issue with a phone case I purchased on their website. The case was for Galaxy S10, S10plus and S10e, however, when I received the phone case it was smaller than my phone, which is Galaxy S10plus. This made no sense as the description and size was supposed to fit my phone with no issues. I sent a request to have the case exchanged and I was told to send a picture of the phonecase and the barcode, which I did and I never heard back from them again. To make it worst, there's no phone number for me to reach them to have my issue resolved. I've sent numerous request to follow up on what I should do next, in terms of returning the wrong case and for them to sent me the correct one. I even did a review on their website to see if anyone will reach out to me, which they did, to only tell me that I should sent my request to customer service and they'll get back to me in 24hrs. I responded back to the rep that replied to my review but this rep did not reply to me after that. Its been over a month and at this point, I'm left to assume that I'm stuck with a phonecase that does not fit my phone and I'll have to purchase another one from elsewhere. I WILL NEVER SHOP ON THIS SITE AGAIN AS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR SERVICING OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE, ONES THEY RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT, THEY DON'T CARE.
