“I don't really rate online company but my experience with LightInThebox was awesome and stress free so i had rate them with a five star, i would do more if I have the opportunity, i will recommend whoever is getting stuffs from online store should try them out cause they are awesome.”

“I ordered 3 t-shirts all size UK44, when they arrived 1 shirt was much much bigger than the other 2, even had a different size label in it. I asked for a refund and they got back saying it was what I ordered! I even sent a photo as they had asked showing how wide it was in inches and clearly a size 50 not 44, after many email exchanges they are still refusing to accept that it is the wrong size! never again will i buy from this company and I gotta say, the quality of the material is very poor.”

“This company has so many bad reviews. I now understand why. I bought a pair of XL trousers for my husband. A small pair of trousers arrived but with an XL label (they dont even fit me and I am a medium). Lightinthebox would not accept they had sent me trousers with the wrong label. Many emails later and no further forward. No refund for their mistake. They insist it is my mistake. They asked me to return to China - it will cost almost as much as the trousers cost. I am deeply disgruntled. I feel like a fool.”
