Awful company. Clothes bear no resemblance to the advertisement. Looks awful. I can’t get a refund or free return shipment. Just look at the photos to see what I mean. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Sadly I can’t upload the photos even though they’re JPEG.

Worst company ever ordered bathroom faucets took months to receive from Hong Kong when my contractor put them on bathroom sinks they all leaked in the seams I sent an email with pictures. They emailed me that it was past 30 days no refund or returns told me to give away or sell now that’s a joke So I am disputing through my bank Just don’t count on this company worst customer service ever and products

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of kids runners in april and still have not recently them today july. Several other packets have arrived which were ordered after this and all were from China. My daughter's is now 2 sizes bigger and I have contacted them 8 times and each time received the same message back. "Due to covid they are stuck in the mail. " they will not refund me or anything. According to the tracking they are still in china where they were 4 days after I ordered them. Buyers beware. This is a very poorly managed company. Will take your money and run.

Great Stuff Until Ordered 5 items to the same all items shipped separately each one had separate duty and taxes added on which was not noted. and duty and taxes is 85% of the original fee price Beware

I got pop-ups with this company's clothing products - polo shirts - and they caught my eye as being nice. Looked further & put about 6 items in shopping cart. I found it a bit odd there was little info about the company or delivery fees, just the same "ships in 4-7 business days". I did see a few reviews from 'customers' who'd purchased the things I was going to and kind of thought garments didn't look great but I shrugged that off. Then the prices of items in my shopping cart kept changing, mainly going up which I was confused about. But I decided to go ahead and to checkout eventually and that was when my items rocketed by £30+ with their shipping costs. I buy online from other UK companies and delivery fees are about one tenth of this fee - and delivery has always been very swift - 3days after placing order. I'm sorry for everyone who has been duped by this company and I'm about to wipe their app from my phone with much relief. I thought their products looked great at low prices and seemed too good to be true - so glad I held off buying now and they got zero from me and I will be informing all my family and friends about this company directly and telling them to avoid at all costs and to ignore pics of their garments as these are false. This company should be prosecuted for their deception and I hope the whole world gets wise to them asap and that will be the end for them.

I ordered some cycling products at the beginning of June. Initially I was concerned as the company took my money and I received no order number. However, after 5 weeks, the cycling jersey arrived and I am happy with it and relieved that my money had not just gone into some black hole.

Worst experience ever I've shopped online many times but light in the box has to be my worst shopping experience ever its almost 2 months still have not received 3 of my products i regret buying from you guys and the worst thing is that i cannot get my money back. AVOID Light in the box at all costs. Ordered 4 months ago and still not delivered. All communication with the company is replied to via bots, and cannot get a refund. Internet is full of similar stories. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews as these are fake and automated and implemented by the company to counter balance the many many many one star reviews Awful company: awful customer service AVOID

DO NOT....I REPEAT....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A STANDARD ORDER AND WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN IT, I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WAS A MADE TO MEASURE ORDER SO DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS. THE ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN A TOTAL DECEPTION. IN ADDITION TO THE DECEPTION I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $136.07 IN CUSTOM FEES THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! ! ! ! ! ! !

Order size 34 shorts. Completely the wrong size. Labelled 34, which customer support say should be a UK 33, but I would say they are a 30 as they don't fit me at all. Especially so as they are supposed to be "loose bootcut", which should be a looser fit all round, not a tighter one. I have several pairs of shorts and jeans which are all 34 and fit fine. No chance of an exchange as you need to pay postage to China. Avoid at all costs

Ive been waiting months for a package i was promised within 7-15 business days. Have asked for a refund but they refuse to give it to me. Also all three tracking numbers given to me havent worked. Dont buy save your money it would be safer (and faster) buying a package of of Wish
