What the hell did this company send.nothing like the image. Can't even get in touch it's a con.better stuff from a car boot. Do not buy from light in the box.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS… DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EASIER AND LESS STRESSFUL TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, CONSTANTLY HAVING TO REPEAT MYSELF IN EMAILS, THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE ON FAULTY INCORRECTLY SIZED GOODS AND REFUSE TO DEAL WITH DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL - SHOCKING BUSINESS METHODS - ITEM POSTED IN UK. EXPECT CUSTOMER TO POST BACK TO CHINA - Do not be fooled by the replies this company had added to previous customer comment! Sadly I did not search for reviews before I purchased from them! I have plenty of words I could use to describe this company but that would get my review removed and I want everyone to know that this is a terrible internet company

DO NOT USE. Shocking. Ordered a leather jacket . £40 and £5 for postage which made me think this was being sent from within the Uk. Arrived and wasn’t nearly as good looking as the image on the website so I asked to send it back. They ignored me for a while suggesting I should keep it or give it away as a gift ! Eventually when they gave me the returns address I realised it was in China and the post offices cheapest price was £20. Decided not to bother and will donate the Jacket to charity ! Please do NOT use this company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Hi. I am so very satisfied with each and every product my husband and I have purchased since last year. I have even introduced 2 of my adult children to this shopping site. Also customer support is quite good too. I highly recommend this shopping site.

I've already written a positive review. Everything fine and good value for the small item (30cm male/female USB extension lead). Delivery time was six or seven weeks - much longer than anticipated. I'd given up on receiving it.

I have placed a couple of orders with Light in the Box and the service was great the products arrived quickly considering the pandemic and the products were of good quality. I have never experienced any problems so I have had no reason to contact them to help me resolve any issues

I haven't received my order from 31st Jan, yet I'm being asked to write a review???? This is the 2nd purchase I've made from LightInTheBox and the first delivery was late too.

The online tracking shows this package was delivered to your address successfully on 2021-02-10. Did you receive it? Please note because the shipping method you chose for this order was EconomyExpress . It's the secondary shipping method we have, which usually takes 4-7 business days (5-10 calendar days) for the package to arrive.
