Last week I've ordered a wig, the package was advertised as 'ship in 24h' and was dispatched a few hours after my payment was confirmed. The package arrived 6 days later and the wig is very nice. I cannot find this quality for the price I've paid in my regular store. I will definitely recommend this store and will try to buy more items from them.

I've bought 2 weeks ago a cycling shirt of this website. I've checked the size chart, and according my measurements selected a size 2XL. The package arrived yesterday and I'm very happy with this purchase. The quality is nice and shirt fits like a glove. I will be looking to order more shirts from this seller, as the prices are attractive.

I used the company last year, but I waited more than 3 months to get my order. so I disappointed then. But last month I got a promotion email with a pretty dress, which looks really nice, so I tried the company again, I didn't expect too much, but It was azaming that I got the order within 2 weeks this time. And the dress is really cute, I like it, really recommend, I will use the site again!

The jacket I ordered never arrived. After nearly 3 months I lodged a dispute through PayPal. This got me my money back, less $10 for some reason. If you must order with this dodgy company at least protect yourself with PayPal or credit card.

As many others have said, this company is terrible and they will steal your money and refuse to refund you for missing products. But to everyone who has been scammed by these thieves, please contact your bank! I disputed the charge and was able to get my money back relatively easy because this business is so clearly a scam.

STOP - shop somewhere else! I ordered 2 dresses and two sofa covers, which was £220+shipping of £20, total £240. My surprise was not the cost of the items, as these were clearly shown on the website when I ordered, but the cost of the shipping. My invoice showed a shipping cost of £20, so when I was asked to pay an additional £16.11 by DHL I was very surprised and even more so when I only received the £18.75 dress - my order had been split. I then received a further message asking for an additional £77.63, what for! Well, this was a second parcel charge, an incorrect duty calculation based on furniture! and VAT on the whole lot calculated on an incorrect value of goods. LightInTheBox had split my parcel, quoted an inflated value, selected the wrong category code for import duty and after already charging me shipping costs for my order, then made me pay all their shipping costs or under their terms of business, I would be charged extra for refusing the parcels. I have just been blackmailed into paying their flipping charges. I am incredibly hacked off and after 2 hours and 4 depratments on the phone, if I now die with a stroke or heart failure I hope my partner sues these muppets for every last penny they have!!!

These people are thieves These people are thieves. I was sent defective products and they are giving me the run around about a refund and return. Daily I have to go to their site to argue with CS. They do not respond via email directly, so you must go to their site, which I sure adds to their "hit" count. Can't get a refund. STAY AWAY. Don't give them your card at all!

A horrific experience! I purchased an alarm clock that was supposed to arrive within 5-7days. So far, 7 weeks have passed and I still haven't received it, nor a satisfactory response or reimbursement. A scam ! Beware!!

Ordered white orchids but cream ones were received which are no good to me at all. If I return them it will cost me nearly as much as I paid for them so no point. Will definitely NOT be buying from them again.

I received a BROKEN product and I returned it on May 19th!!!! Your SCAM company is constantly giving me the run around and REFUSE to REFUND my money!!!!!!!!

Waiting for delivery since the end of April (it’s now August 5th). After being put off with excuses that the delay was due to the shipping option I chose, I tried to reply to the ongoing email thread with customer service only to be told the concern had been closed. I started a new complaint but doubt I’ll ever see my item or a refund. Should have bought this locally. The price difference isn’t worth the frustration (and over 90 days of waiting for a seasonal item).

What a rip off. All clothing ordered was defective, off size, poor quality, poor sewing, unwearable. When you attempt a return, you have to file "claims" for each item and document the deficiencies. Just dispute the charge...horrible customer service.

My bad experience with this company parallels the others here. No real customer service. Merchandise was all defective. They attempt to put the monkey on your back to prove you deserve a refund. Then they offer you a settlement. Go to your credit card company and dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered something on july 24th. Got no email with order number - nothing. The money was debited from my account the minute I ordered it €20.45. I'm disgusted I cant email or contact you in any way. When I try I'm sent around in circles. It's not good enough.

I ordered 2 items from them and informed "sent" a tracking no that did not work and and no response when I queried the not revived parcel problem. Tried to cancel the order and still no response.
